Erica earned her bachelor’s degree in elementary education from ۶ֱ University in 2008. She then started her career as an elementary teacher in Rutherford County Schools, and once she discovered her passion for teaching science, she transferred to teach at the middle school level. After 10 years in the classroom, God led her down another career path as a data manager while still working in the field of education. Now working with Graduate Studies, Erica feels like God has led her back “home” at ۶ֱ. Erica loves spending time with her two young children, Isabel and Toby. She also enjoys cheering on her husband’s high school basketball team and golf team.
