Dr. Darron Lockett

Throughout his career, he has led cross-functional and enterprise initiatives that strengthened operating models, stabilized performance, and improved execution discipline within regulated, multi-layered organizations.

At Sonoco, he established a global supplier development program that strengthened quality performance, accountability, and operating discipline across the company’s international supplier base.

At Wells Fargo, he led the development of an HR Intelligent Automation Center of Excellence and secured executive approval for its enterprise implementation. He established an HR Quality Assurance Center of Excellence to strengthen governance, risk oversight, and disciplined performance management at scale.

A certified Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt, Dr. Lockett has trained and certified numerous improvement cohorts and designed enterprise process owner and leadership development programs that advanced operational maturity and supervisory effectiveness.
