    • Graduation is the official degree conferral date in which all degree and graduation requirements are met by a student. Each semester ÃÛ¶¹Ö±²¥ University has the honor and privilege of graduating students. Your graduation and conferral date will appear on your diploma and academic transcript. Graduation occurs at the end of each semester: fall (December), spring (May), and summer (August). 

    Prepare for Graduation

    Allow our staff and faculty to assist you with the following:

    1. Meet with Your Academic Advisor
      Schedule a meeting before registering for your final semester. Review your degree evaluation together to confirm you’re on track to complete all degree and graduation requirements.
    2. Apply to Graduate
      After you’ve registered for your final courses, submit your graduation application. Registrar Services will complete your degree audit once your application is received. Apply for Graduation
    3. Understand Diploma Delivery
      You’ll receive a diploma cover at commencement. Your diploma will be mailed to the address listed on your graduation application. Allow six to eight weeks after graduation for delivery.
    4. Request Official Transcripts
      If you need transcripts for employment or further education, you can request them here. Obtain Transcript.
    5. Share Your Achievement
      Use our press release template to share your graduation news with your community, employer, church, or local media. Download press release template.
